Abstract
The widespread and global spread of intellectual terrorism has prompted interest in it at all levels, especially at the international level, as international legislation has sought to establish legal mechanisms through which it as attempted to establish an effective confrontation to stop the spread of such dangerous acts, It has become clear to us that international legislation has attempted to stop the spread of intellectual terrorism by signing several agreements that encourage the prevention of terrorism in all its forms, particularly intellectual terrorism and the prevention of the imposition of religious view through violence International agreements have forced countries to adhere to them in order to serve the purpose of combating terrorism and controlling the spread of such dangerous acts.
