The Journal of Legal Studies مجلـة جامعة الإمـام جعفـر الصادق للدراسات القانونية, published by the College of Law at Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University, is dedicated to advancing the fields of legal and political sciences by publishing original, high-quality, and peer-reviewed articles. مجلة الدراسات القانونية (مجلة جامعة الإمام جعفر الصادق للدراسات القانونية)، الصادرة عن كلية القانون في جامعة الإمام جعفر الصادق، مكرَّسة لتطوير مجالات العلوم القانونية والسياسية من خلال نشر مقالات أصيلة وعالية الجودة ومحكَّمة علميًا. وتُعد المجلة منصة للحوار الأكاديمي المتخصص، إذ تتناول مجموعة متنوعة من الموضوعات التي تجسر الفجوة بين النظرية والممارسة القانونية، فضلًا عن استكشاف التقاطعات بين القانون والسياسة.
