Abstract
When God Almighty created man, He created him in the best manner, and honored him and favored him over many of his creatures. Despite this, man spent a lifetime on the face of the earth that was never free of persecution and the loss of dignity and rights, and all of that was the handiwork of man himself, except that the good conscience within Humans. He never accepted human aggression against one another, so they strove to codify the necessary protection against injustice, arbitrariness and tyranny. This conscience was consistent with what God honored his creation with and was reinforced by the laws of truth and the wisdom of man-made legislation. He had rights that enabled him to carry out his mission as God’s successor on earth, and the issue of rights became one of the vital and fundamental issues in human life, and because this issue. One of the issues closely related to human existence: Because the human rights angle is an essential pillar of any reform; The importance of studying “Human Rights in the Arab World and Reform Policies” stems from the world’s urgent need to activate respect for human rights in general, and the Arab world’s need for this important issue in particular, by intensifying efforts and unifying efforts to achieve reform in all fields and levels.
