Abstract
That "the right of persons with disabilities to technical and vocational education" is a human right recognized by the United Nations in international conventions, the most important of which are the International Convention on Vocational and Technical Education of 1989 and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of 2006; This is to ensure that persons with disabilities obtain technical and vocational education without discrimination against them because of disability. These agreements also dealt with the right of persons with disabilities to obtain technical and vocational education to ensure their chances of obtaining a profession due to the technical and technical skills provided by technical and vocational education that qualify them to obtain work. In our research, we dealt with the statement of the right of persons with disabilities to technical education and the international and legal basis for this right
