Abstract
The letter of intend appeared in commercial transactions away from any legislativ organization , which takes its normal status in the negotiations. It is done through correspondence called pledges of honor , letter of intend , to disclose the intention to abide by the rule of trust , which imposes respect by the parties to commercial relations based on the principle of trust , honor and commercial reputation that prevails in the business world .Etc.In fact , these terms , which were used by the person who signed the letter of intend , loses their legal value at the maximum degree of his obligation , such as bail or gradually between them , which contradicts its formal nature , which produces serious consequences , and remain
