Abstract

Elections is the heart of democracy. Any reformation project in any state faces a group of obstacles which limit its success. The topic of the currnt study is the political obstacles. Reform opportunities depend on the available legal tools and the political framework used to call for reform. This study concluded the most important obstacles and ways of treating them on the legislative, political, and public levels.
